New users: To obtain access to your online account, you will first need to register. Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive an email within one business day containing a link that will allow you to login set up your account password. Please be sure to check your spam email folders if you do not receive the confirmation email within this timeframe.

Our website has been designed to help keep you informed about our neighborhood so that you can feel at home and in touch with your neighbors. This page is your direct link to your Association account.
These are just some of the accessible features:
- Electronic check "eCheck" payments. Please note that the Association's bank charges a fee of $1.99 for this method of payment.
- Safely pay your assessments online via eCheck or credit card. (MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Please note that the Association's bank charges a fee of 3.5% rounded for using a card.
- Create, modify and view recurring assessment payments.
- Access to your account transaction history in real-time.
- Submit new Architectural Review requests (also known as ACC/ARB/ARC) to your Association and view updates on existing requests.
Monthly payments can be set up here, as well as one-time payments. If the statement/letter from your Association does not specify otherwise, your payment is annual and due and payable in full by the due date. Once you have made your full payment, you may choose to make recurring payments toward next year's annual Assessment. The site will allow you to make any payment on any schedule you choose, but will default to the balance on your account.
To make your payments online, please log in to your account. (if you have not logged in before, please click on the register button and follow the instructions to obtain a username and password).
Once you have received your e-mail registration confirmation (takes up to one business day), please select the "Pay Assessments" button.
Please note that any payments made after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed by the association's bank the following banking day.
Also... If you have received both a Master Association and a separate Homeowners Association bill, you will need to create two accounts to make payments to two independent entities.
Once into your account and in "My Profile" please click on the button.
Option Two: Mail a Check Please be sure to write your account # on your check and/or send with the payment coupon.
Option Three: Have your Bank Mail a Check Be SURE to include your HOA account #.

Any payment mailed to the Charleston address will be forwarded to the Commerce, GA lockbox adding 3-4 days of processing time which could result in late penalties on your account. Only non-payment correspondence should be mailed to the Charleston address.
Your Login application will not update your contact information in the Association's records. Please click My Profile on the left to update your information and e-mail address. If you have questions or comments, please click on the "Contact Us" link. Be sure to be specific in your inquiry so that we may better assist you.
After you register you will be sent a temporary password. It may take up to one business day but normally does not take that long. You may need to check your junk/spam folders. The temporary password is case sensitive and you may have to type it manually. Your email address will be your "login" name.
Can’t remember your password? Type in your email address in the login box, then click forgot password. A temporary password will be sent to you immediately. Please type in the password into the password box exactly as it was sent to you; It is case sensitive and you can not copy and paste into the password box.
Have a new e-mail address and can't recover your password? Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your HOME ADDRESS, old and new e-mail and we'll get that set up.
